And then it went to the House where it was changed.

So, I, along with a lot of my fellow Democratic members, have been talking about the regressive tax system for years, that we need to change it.

I thought that's what this bill was about, so I signed on to it.

I asked for about 65-75% of it to go to tax changes, not new revenue.
