So, Doctor, if Jaden was your patient, what would your recommendation to him and his team and his team of advisors to be to do? Would it be to brace up, go out and play, and then get the surgery in the offseason? Would it be to get the surgery now to strengthen the elbow going forward? What would you recommend?
108:59
assuming there's no cartilage damage and there's no fractures which essentially they've already said it hasn't been at that point you're predominantly dealing with just a quote unquote just a ligament damage with that being said you that you then have to take into consideration the sport he's playing and and so on and so forth so In my opinion, I am a stem cell specialist, so that's what I would use.
109:26
I would reinforce every single angle of that elbow.
109:29
So up to the forearm, all the way laterally, medially, in the upper bicep, everything that's going to reinforce that entire area.
109:38
And then at that point, I would make sure he's physically ready to learn the nuances of using that left elbow, left arm differently than he has been.
109:51
then I would put him in a brace and see if he's ready to go and hope that it doesn't tear again.
109:57
And then in the offseason, if it's something he's interested in, then he can have it reconstructed.

What would be your best guess as to what that might have been that kept him hospitalized for a night?

So.

In my opinion, I am a stem cell specialist, so that's what I would use.

I would reinforce every single angle of that elbow.

So up to the forearm, all the way laterally, medially, in the upper bicep, everything that's going to reinforce that entire area.

15:12
What would be your best guess as to what that might have been that kept him hospitalized for a night?
2:38
yeah for sure um but i did want to start off with how did you get in this niche and like what is your process for evaluating injuries and kind of breaking it down because i have my little process that i do but i'm always curious on how you go about it and how you got into this
2:57
so i started when i was actually in residency And I was watching games and I'm like, the beat reporters don't know anything about medicine.
3:06
Yeah.
3:07
You know, Schefter and, and, and, and rap, she don't know anything about medicine.
3:12
And back then they were given like the most generic answers, you know? And it was just like, oh, he suffered a concussion.
3:19
Maybe he can come back into the game.
3:21
And I'm like, oh God.

22 MINS LATER

25:28
But Jeremiah Love and Jinty, what are your thoughts on their injuries and kind of their fantasy outlook there? We'll start with Love first.
3:37
Which peptides are there? Are they discussing and, you know, will they be taking testimony or what's that discussion look like?
3:44
Yes, so each meeting is going to be on a different peptide.
3:49
There's, I believe, eight total, seven or eight total.
3:51
I have to look at the list, but the most famous one, the most common one, the first one, I believe, that they're starting with tomorrow morning is BPC-157, which is actually found in the stomach acid.
4:02
It is a super healer.
4:03
It helps with inflammation as an oral form.
4:06
It helps heal the gut.
7:14
What happens at the end of the next two days?
3:52
Mm-hmm
3:53
... um, and then, uh, 2020, I started doing, uh, you know, learning about them, prescribing them more.
4:01
And then I-- we've had a pretty steady clientele since, say, '21, '22.
4:06
Obviously, in '23, everything changed when things became much more difficult to prescribe.
4:11
I still had a couple places [chuckles] that were prescribing, although most people had never heard of them and didn't know they exist.
4:16
Thankfully, that's part of the reason why they're still around.
4:19
Uh, but unfortunately, the majority of them had to go abroad, and that's part of the reason why the gray/black market, whatever you wanna call it, exists.

12 MINS LATER

16:20
Great.
93:56
It wouldn't dissuade anybody from picking him at number one or number two, correct?
94:00
I think there's some other concerns with...
94:03
When you look at his tape before he got to college last year, he was playing a completely different role than when he was playing last year.
94:12
And then he had some kind of supposedly a lingering hamstring injury for like a month or six weeks or somewhere around there, which isn't surprising.
94:20
So the question becomes, would you rather him sit out and not play through it, or would you rather him play through it at not as an effective level, right? That's kind of the double-edged sword.
94:29
Then he had a quad injury, and then...
94:32
The one that a lot of people think of is when he was, I think they were playing Arizona, and he just didn't play.
97:20
I'm going to do all that.
