That is the main driver is the people.

Your culture is what attracts them.

And, you know, sometimes money attracts them, but culture is what keeps people and you need to retain and keep your, your good employees, the good people that you want to work with.

So you have to create a culture and an environment they want to be in to where when someone else comes along and, and offers them a quick hit to make a little bit of more money, they, they look at it and go, well, I don't want to leave my people and my culture that I helped build.
