It's just, all right, what do I, do I ask them about personal stuff? Is that invading their privacy? So for you, if you said, all right, this is how we're going to connect with team members, what would it actually look and sound like?
19:37
You've got to have some fun.
19:38
I know that sounds very broad.
19:41
But life is not actually serious.
19:43
Like there are serious things that are going on in the world.
19:46
But, you know, a good one, I know this sounds so bizarre, but for some people it needs to be seen.
19:51
Say hello and ask how are they and generally want to know the answer.

Like, what do you mean there? And when you're looking at giving maybe your best advice for people hiring what would you actually recommend to a company in order to get everybody aligned and build the culture that you want

How can founders create greater ownership without sacrificing accountability or performance?
9:29
Oh, another fantastic question, Abraham.
9:32
Yeah.
9:35
I actually don't, I think it raises the standards because I look at if people believe in someone that something's possible before it happens, they hold that standard and, you know, they inspire possibility in people and communicating where the end goal is and what they believe their team members believe capable of, they, they hold higher, you know, values and promise and what's expected.
10:08
And I believe people lean in as a result, if they truly connect, you know, human beings want to connect with other people.
10:14
So to be able to do that.
10:16
And I often say, you know, the behavior you walk past is the behavior you're prepared to accept.

Yeah, so I said throughout your journey and your career, what would you say has been the hardest moments or challenging moments for you?
14:26
So when you think about obviously this huge career, stepping into business, reaching 45, the impact you're having on stages, you write in your book, was there a turning point for all of it to put you to where you are now? Or do you think it literally has just been the buildup over those years of like, this was natural progression?
14:42
There have been along the way.
14:44
So it was July last year I started this journey of change.
14:48
I did not think I was going to leave my role.
14:50
I thought I was going to be there for life.
14:52
And it was a very sudden change for me.
14:54
And I normally pride myself on being resilient and I can flip really, really quickly.

And I was just like, who is this queen? So can you walk us through how you currently work with people right now? And there might be someone out there who needs that loving bitch slap.
