And I think coaching and mentoring plays a really important role in that side of things.

Oh, definitely.

And of course, of course, education is incredibly valuable.

That said, without the experience and taking that experience, into the field as it were, it just lives in theory.

I'm sure all of you guys and anybody listening to this has had an experience of learning something in a classroom and then at a later date going, ah, that's what they meant.

I understand now, now that I'm in this situation.

I did a mini MBA last year and I was so glad I'd waited 10 years into running my own business to do it because I sat there going, I see why they make you do this later.
