For you, Jess, how did you find what values really were important to you?

I will tell you, okay, I had actually, it's so funny because before Dare to Lead, before I read Dare to Lead, I had thought about values in terms of morals.

Like I know the difference between right and wrong.

I know when I've done something wrong, I feel guilty.

You know, we kind of all have this general sense of quote unquote what our values are very loosely, but I had never really gotten specific about it.

But in that book, Brene Brown, you know, talks about how important it is to get very clear on values.
