What, what has it been, I guess, first question, around these extra roles that you take on and, and what do they give you?

Yeah.

Um, look, I, I guess looking back, at the time I didn't think of it this way, but there was a few things.

I, when I see a hole or a need in the community, particularly if it involves agriculture or, or people, both of which I'm pretty passionate about in our small community, um, you know, I like to try and help in that space or, or bring someone in that can help in that space.

Ladies on the Land at the time, we had a couple of really tiny kids, and there's a lot of women that, you know, I was running into in all sorts of things, moms groups and, and that sort of thing, that they had so many skills they could offer to their businesses and for whatever reason didn't have the confidence to use those skills or didn't even realize they could apply them to the business if they just had a little bit more confidence or a little bit more knowhow or understand a bit more lingo, I guess, about the farm.

They always sort of kept themselves a bit separate, especially while raising little ones.

And so, um, the Up and Orph Farming Systems already existed as a farming systems groups in the area, um, and Joe and I were on the committee, and I got nominated as Ladies on the Land rep.

At what stage did the belief and, and what was it that started to give you that validation?
