I came across something that I thought was very profound this Shabbos.

Yei shlachar, yigamech ha-chira, if the leaning mincha on Yom Kippur is at Kedush HaTzayim of Yom Kippurim, similar to Shacharis, or is it at a Tana Sibur, similar to every other mincha at Tana Sibur where we lean and have Av Torah? And you're going to want to say that maybe the fact that this is a Haftorah proves that it is not of Yom Kippurim.

There's a text in Shabbos that says that even that in the Shabbos Bar Minkah, they would also do a Haftorah, albeit from the Kisuvim.

So that wouldn't be a good proof.

As we're entering into the nine days, I just wanted to talk a little bit about an interesting halacha in Tisha B'Av.

The Rambam says that, in Tisha B'Av, that we do not wear the tefillin shal roish on a tainas.

Obviously, this five-year-old alternates them.

We will only apply that to Tisha B'Av.

But the Rambam is specific only to tefillin shal roish.
