It's like, [laughs] "Oh my gosh.

We're, we're gonna have to be traveling all over the world?" You know, it's, um...

[clicks tongue] And then he said, "But, you know, if he does well, you know, the colleges will like him, and it'll be good for him." And, and so I didn't know to what degree Ari would take it, but I think, I, I think this was probably shortly after he had, um, uh, won, uh, that, uh, took second place in the Summer Nationals.

It might have even been before that.

But at first I was very intimidated.

The process happens in stages because, you know, as you do more traveling just in, uh, nationally, then the opportunity to goes international, and when the opportunity's there I didn't wanna say no.

But if not, where do you think you helped our careers the most, and maybe where do you think you could have hurt them with good intentions?
