So the first thing I want to start with, Jerry, is I did an introduction, but I just want you to tell us a little bit about how you got started in working in IT and how you shifted your focus to this area, and just give us a little background on you.

Sure.

So I started my journey back in 1997, a long time ago.

Fresh out of college, ha- started my career at New York Life Insurance as a support analyst, basically supporting all the insurance agents from a technology perspective.

So I would say I grew up at that company as a support admin type of person, and I spent 13 years there, right? In the 13 years I spent there, I did a lot of different things, from agent support to moving onto the IT side and being a desktop support type person, then flipping that from a support admin guy into being an engineer working in the data centers, supporting executive leadership, helping them with their technology needs in work, at work, outside of work, which helped me spin into my own business as well.

So I would say I got a lot of my experience there.

I grew up there.

What does disaster recovery look like if we're already having these issues? If something goes down, is it just gonna be down?
