Cause I think it's probably, it's always a bit of a thing like, well, what's that staging look like and how long and then it comes down to the skill of the individual designer to actually articulate i think what they really normally do is they start and begin with the end in mind that's probably the the first big ticket you know where do you want to be what's your ultimate look like and then they then they go okay let's space plan that And then we look at what can we stage and step into it.

Because the issue is that you might go, well, we need three now, but if we got five, if they did the sums with someone like yourself, Sam, and go, okay, well, you've got X amount of, we've got X amount of console readers, we've got X amount of, you know, we've got two theatres or if it's a hospital or a, depending on what you're talking about, but you'll know your numbers and the revenue you can generate off those numbers.

in types of rooms and types of what we call revenue generating spaces and then you can go okay well at full capacity and we had a booming business it's a no-brainer all right where do we think we're going to meet three is how can we utilize and sometimes you might spend a little bit more than you'd want to because you might need the bulk of the treatment room because it's a bit hard to expand some of that but see even down to dog and cat wards can go into future consults Things like that, you know, so it's about being clever as to you're not going to have to redo walls and the heavy infrastructure.

I do know my last emergency job was quite a, dark practice and if i did a full day shift by the end of the day i could feel noticeably like depressed because you're just stuck in that little dark artificial light it's not dark it was bright artificial
