Is this all genders, you know, this issue? I mean, I'm just wondering what you're seeing in terms of reporting, if you know yet.

Jeremy SuttonGUEST
Well, I think this is probably another factor where we think unspoken is very useful in that we, to your point, Julia, we genuinely think about harassment when we're talking about introducing a new gender on board the ships.

Jeremy SuttonGUEST
But I suspect many of these cases have probably been in place and in play for many years in a very male-dominated society as well.

Jeremy SuttonGUEST
So I assume a lot of those learnings are probably applicable regardless of gender.

Jeremy SuttonGUEST
So as we move talking specifically about gender, some of the areas that we as a shipping company have found it kind of very useful working with the All Abroad Alliance.

Jeremy SuttonGUEST
Back to your point before your question around how do shipping companies benefit from dealing with NGOs and so forth, is really this cross-learning and challenging our way of thinking.

Say in five years or 10 years, what's your ambition for seeing some of this work through and actually impacting?

Now, Jeremy, do you have any practical examples of how you implement these strategic goals in your fleet? I can give an example

Jeremy SuttonGUEST
When we first started a couple of years ago, we worked very closely with GMF, the All Aboard Alliance, to join one of their programs specifically focused on improving the percentage of female seafarers.

Jeremy SuttonGUEST
And before joining that program, we were very much of a view that the best way for us to encourage female seafarers was to have a buddy system on board our ship and have that across as many ships as possible.

Jeremy SuttonGUEST
And that would be a way to build a safe system and welcome new female seafarers on board.

Jeremy SuttonGUEST
The All Aboard Alliance encouraged us to think very differently about that and ran a very successful pilot program which promoted the opposite.

Jeremy SuttonGUEST
So having a far greater number of females, up to nearly 50% on one of our vessels.

But if I am, for example, a smaller shipowner, where do I start? What does good look like, Jeremy?
