How do you deal with the mouthy, argumentative, overly aggressive teenager on the ice?

The first thing you are taught as an official is you have to have thicker skin than the level you're officiating because no words can ever get in your head and throw you off your game because A, confidence is huge and B, words will never hurt you.

Because no matter how much you want to yell at me, it doesn't bother me.

In fact, half the time when you're sitting there yelling at me, I'm laughing right back at you because it's hilarious to see you on your soapbox trying to say XYZ didn't happen or that wasn't fair or that happened to me.

And it's like, okay, well, However you see it, I appreciate your input, but this is the way it's going to be.
