And I think taste, you do refine, you know, the longer you're working or the more you're exposed to different things.

But also, sometimes that does refine you down a certain path, and then someone else does something completely differently, and you start to go, well, how do I get some of that? That's something that might not be in my primary...

kind of thing that i seek out but when you see it and you can learn from that and adopt little pieces but i think um you know our department's great like there's a there's a nice mix of kind of different ages different you know uh different backgrounds you know not everyone's come from traditional agencies which is kind of cool because everyone's like exposed to the different stuff and it does become a bit of a melting pot and then you know we all sit together everything's open but um so everyone kind of absorbs a little bit from each other as well i don't think there's like a you know a teacher student at any point it is just all all teaching all students all the time
