Yep.

So personal health, most people know it as, you know, physical.

But it's actually a combination, mental, emotional with spiritual and physical.

And so my belief from I believe Jesus had a system that was so unbelievable.

Everywhere he went, he used power to reset people's peace.

So if you study him, and I've just spent a lot of time in Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, and you'll watch how he used power to heal, power to cast out, and power to raise up.

So I like those three words to think, where is the healing that you need right now? What does your body need to heal? And the amazing part about our bodies is they want to heal.

Relational.

But when it comes to customers, what's that look like?

Yeah, so let's go first, marketing and prospecting.

If you know that you're talking to a guardian, for instance, they're going to want details.

If you know you're talking to a nurturer, you're going to start with, how's it going? How's your family? Tell me about your people.

How are you feeling about things right now, right? And they want to talk about people.

But don't go to a pioneer or a guardian and start talking about their dog or their cat or their vacation.

It's like, oh my gosh, you've lost them.

So how do I keep people here safe? For all the people listening, I've lived this out, what is your encouragement to us that it's worth it, even if it doesn't seem like it's the easiest route?

Okay, so you're speaking their language and then what are some of the other top do's and don'ts for that

developing? Yep, so we're onboarding, we're building an onboarding plan and we know what that plan is.

Now, once we've done that, now we're immersing them into their actual role and we tell them ahead of time, we know this is where other people have failed.

So we create a role clarity so they know exactly.

And then we're keeping them from that bottom right-hand corner of that pit of despair.

And we're being aware that they could get in the pit of despair and they oscillate over it.

And we want them to get fully into the empowerment stage where they are consciously competent.

could we maybe have an example of going through the foundation to immersion, to empowerment, to multiplication? I like the, I do you watch, I do you help, sort of, can we see real time what that might look like in terms of building a person up?
