Um, we hear things like separate entrances, you know, which people maybe do for good reason, and it's perceived to offer more privacy.

Um, but it might actually, particularly if that separate entrance is next to the other entrance on the main street, it might actually be perceived as stigmatizing.

Um, things like, uh, we mentioned carrying blue prescriptions, carrying methadone in your hand, calling people over with those things visible to everyone else in the pharmacy.

Um, not offering privacy, so not offering a consulting room.
