How are you dealing with the students? Is there sort of a university-wide understanding that this faculty will do X, or is it kind of up to you in your own ecosystem?

I'll just say the art department has been great.

I th- I think the art department, we've looked out for our own.

We have an amazing facility.

Students spend a ton of time in there and have to feel safe, so they've developed their networks, and the department has developed its own safety plan.

But we were online the first week, which brought a lot of flashbacks to the pandemic as well.

You know, during the pandemic, I think we had this weird shifting of reality, like you had almost entered a science fiction movie, and I think we're doing that again, that feel- that shift of reality that people respond to in lots of different ways.
