Um, but as we were there, I also had an opportunity to start sort of be an entrepreneur inside the trading firm.

They did a joint venture with Swiss Bank, and I was part of the over-the-counter equity derivatives founding group.

So there was two of us, my future co-founder was in there, and another gentleman who had come in from Goldman Sachs.

So we started this department.

I saw what it took to start something from scratch, right? All the different departments from HR and legal to ops and tech.

I see this population distribution issue." How have you thought about addressing that throughout your career, and then landing on Poker Power and the founding of it, and what is it doing?

good thing is that I turned out to be... able to handle myself, right? We basically built this business inside the bank together, over the counter equity derivative business, which is basically off exchange equity derivatives.

And it was huge and it quickly trounced the other business.

So we're like in our mid twenties doing that.

So we both got, you know, naively cocky.

doing that and now it's 28 years later and we've have many businesses real quickly peak six is a company of companies think people think of us as investors and traders we're really operators so we've either started or bought and turned around roughly 15 companies over the last 28 years our trading business most of you don't know us is it funded everything we did so we didn't need outside investors our trading business has never had a losing year
