I think I reached a point where I achieved a lot of things I thought I was supposed to want.

But I was in a constant cycle of burnout, which you've seen kind of through learning about my kind of history.

I also noticed that I was entering into romantic relationships that were more and more damaging because I was operating from mental and emotional dysregulation.

And we do severely underestimate what that does to us because when we're exhausted, we're constantly stressed.

We operate from survival.

And that makes us much more vulnerable and easy to influence, which is what extractive states, extractive systems are built around.
