So would love to just learn a little bit about you and definitely what led you to, uh, start your business.

Yeah.

Good, good question.

Um, so, you know, I, I got my PhD from Emory University in 2014, where I did interdisciplinary studies, uh, where I focused on medical anthropology and bioethics and disability.

And after that, I stayed on at the Center for the Study of Human Health to design and build their health equity curriculum and programming.

Loved doing that, continued to do research, and was getting called around campus to do universal design for education workshops, disability and inclusion workshops for faculty, for graduate students, for researchers, um, and really loved doing that.

And realized, you know, after I'd been doing it for a few years, that I was doing DEI, and I really enjoyed it, um, because it had all of the hallmarks of what I loved about my academic career, but none of the, you know, things that I didn't like.

You've done-- Literally, you're a doctor in this space, but what's your take on what were some of the positives and still some of the, the opportunities with DEI? Just, uh, uh, I know I'm putting you on the spot with that question, but just curious to get an expert's opinion on it.
