What do you like to improve about yourself through this program?

So I can say already just beginning in the last, you know, couple of not even a week, it's been all of a whole week.

I can already see the out of the box.

I don't want to say out of the box necessarily, but being challenged to think about yourself and When you're an event professional, and I've been doing events for 20 years, you're constantly worrying and considering your client, your vendors, your events.

You're going from event to event.

And I've sat on board of directors for MPI and what is now ILEA.

And never in that Sometimes you sit and you go, what is it that I want? Where do I want to go? And other times you just kind of leap because that's what you have to do.
