And I think you bring up a good point because that is something that comes up in the connection circles as well.

Or also, I have a practice where I am a therapist and I talk to a lot of families who are caregivers to individuals with special needs.

And it's the same theme that comes up in a lot of my work with them, as well as myself personally.

Am I doing enough? Why can't I do this? And then we're also flooded with social media as well, because we go on there for connection with other people, but then we also hear how others are doing.

And we judge ourselves up against that as well.

Why can they accomplish that? And I can accomplish that.

When do you know that you've hit the point where I have to place this child out of home? How do parents feel like they actually have permission to, to get to that place when they are running on fumes with no sense of safety.
