So before we talk about intuition, tell us a little bit about yourself and the different parts of your life as a science teacher, children's author, and Reiki master, and what initially drew you to Reiki.

Uh, well, I guess if I go backwards, um, you know, in college, I just dove into a lot of science classes.

I wasn't sure initially what career trajectory I was going to take.

Teaching was always on my mind.

It kind of runs in my family.

But I knew I loved science.

I didn't yet know how I was gonna combine those things, even though it may seem like, why didn't you just know you were gonna be a science teacher? I really just studied science, uh, mostly ecology, biology, environmental science.

Jen, can you share an experience that caused you to wanna shut down what you were receiving?
