[laughs]

I would say i- yeah, there's times that I'll have people go, instead of asking me, will go to people on my team, right? They're all, all male, right? Um, and i- they just may assume that I just don't know about the product or I don't know a fix of the product.

Um, and so I usually...

I mean, I'm the manager of the team, so I, I usually let the, let, uh, the m- the manager, one of the managers on my team answer.

Um, but I always, I'll add a little bit in there and give a little bit of flavor.

Hopefully they see that I know something, right? Um, but I, I, um, I think after you get to know me, you realize it just by the questions that I ask.

I don't try to really push it too much unless, you know, somebody's maybe being very dismissive, right? And then that, that's hard for me to get, uh, to get past a little bit, right? So I, I try to, to, to show them in a nice way what I, you know, what I do know without making it look a little overbearing, right? So, um, but most of the time, I mean, it, it's pretty rare.

Jennifer, what about you? What's a, you know, as, as a, as the person who's managing probably a pretty large team, I would imagine, at this point, um, what's a, what's a day in the life look like?

[laughs]

... you know, that's a whole nother level of disappointment.

But, um, [laughs] no, there's been a lot of really good supportive people along the way, um, throughout my career, especially in service.

Like as, you know, as you said, there's mostly men, right, in this field and, um, there's...

Sure, we're gonna run into men that are not supportive of us, but obviously someone had to give Jacque and I a start, right? So there's men definitely that, um, encouraged us to move along that journey.

One of the ones that I would like to call out is Buck Renteria from Maytag.

He's somebody that's is in the residential side, but he took a chance on me and never had really a service background.

Jennifer, what about you? What's a, you know, as, as a, as the person who's managing probably a pretty large team, I would imagine, at this point, um, what's a, what's a day in the life look like?
