So I would wonder if you can expand on, because confidence and authenticity, uh, trust, self-trust, self-belief, can you expand a little bit on the connection between those topics as for someone who may be listening or watching and struggling a bit with any of that? Can you just kind of expand a little bit and help someone understand that that is part of who they are, even if they don't quite know it yet? Because it's part of all of us, isn't it?

Yeah, I think it's inherent in our human nature to, uh, and through conditioning, a combination of conditioning and human nature, is to doubt ourselves, second-guess our decisions.

Uh, we're forever comparing ourselves, holding usou- ourselves up against someone else, and invariably falling short of that mark and then feeling really sh- bad about ourselves.

Uh, and many people are very afraid of being authentic because what would people think? What would people say? What, boy, that would really make me look bad, and I would never dare, I couldn't, or if, or that.

What do you think would make it easier for people to accomplish even a modicum of visibility? You gotta start somewhere, don't you?
