But I also heard about RS-Clin recently, and I heard that that might be more... effective at gauging recurrence in the future for ILC? Is that anything? Am I right or have I heard incorrectly?
11:16
Yeah, so that's a super important point.
11:18
So like to answer that, I'm going to talk a little bit about hormonal therapy first, and then I'm going to answer your question as we talk about chemotherapy, because those genomic tests help us to figure out if chemotherapy should be added.
11:35
So you're totally right, Judy.
11:37
We base the final stage on the surgical pathology.
11:41
So after somebody has surgery, we know the final size of the cancer and if it involves the lymph nodes, and that's how we estimate the risk of it coming back and the benefit of our treatments.
11:54
So any cancer that's estrogen receptor positive, we're going to recommend hormonal therapy.

14 MINS LATER

26:08
Can you explain a little bit about what that technique is and how it's helpful for identifying ILC metastases?
DanHOST
42:54
Wow.
42:54
And I got in touch with a publicist, and the publicist was...
43:02
I mean, I didn't sign anything, but they wanted a whole bunch of money e- every month, and they were supposed to get the New York Times to the concert so that I could get a review.
43:12
But they didn't go to that.
43:13
I guess they went to something else.
43:15
And at the time, I was very disappointed, I guess.
43:20
Maybe I'm just too idealistic, but I didn't wanna get a publicist even though people are like, "You have to do that.
47:22
Hmm

What is a improv technique that you can think of or that you've used as you were kind of applying it to your advisory work that improves your listening, improves your advisory capabilities?
7:00
Yes.
7:01
So the first rule of improv is yes, and...
7:08
And there's an ellipsis after the and.
7:11
It's not a period, it's yes and dot, dot, dot.
7:14
So the structure of yes and, the first step is listening, because whatever is being offered, you have to be open to receive it.
7:25
You have to be open to, to hearing it.
10:08
So how do, how do you handle that maybe?
