Uh, next we're gonna talk about the CTAPP pilot program.

So the summer of 2025, the state bar launched the CTAPP, um, pilot program and invited law firms to apply to voluntary pr- voluntarily participate in the compliance reviews of their client trust records.

And so with that, 300 firms ended up applying, and 21 firms across different sectors in, um, different, uh, firm sizes were selected.

And of those 21, 18 actually successfully completed the process.

And Greear Schneider was one of the four firms at the time that played a key role in, uh, developing those audit procedures for the program.

And from the pilot program, there were several common deficiencies and operational challenges that were identified.
