In terms of building a portfolio, how have you guys seen your students progress through, for example, the first year or two years of being in the creative financing space and through the methods that you guys are teaching?

yeah it's wild like literally it's such a cool experience to see them um from their very first you know i have a i have a lead that you can call because joe will call forum and then after a couple of those they're like okay i've got it you know and then they'll take down their property whether it's a wholesale or a creative deal they're going to buy and hold it put in a lease option tenant buyer and then all of a sudden you know you start just seeing it on their pages like got another one closed sign another contract and you're like holy cow yeah And now the training wheels came off and they're able to really do that.

And now they're coming back in the community to be able to, you know, share with others, you know, and it's, it just comes down to simple things.

And the one couple I'm thinking of right now, uh, today is his daughter's birthday and he was able to spend time with the whole family, not being at his W2 and literally be present with the family.

His wife just loves posting on social media.

They have not spent a dime in marketing, which sounds impossible.
