We've touched on this a little bit, but do you have any other advice about foods that people should specifically prioritise during this time, especially if they have some more kind of inflammatory conditions like endometriosis or adenomyosis?
27:06
Yeah, absolutely.
27:08
So obviously going back to the Mediterranean diet, which you would have heard a lot about, perhaps you're, you know, making sure you're having more olive oil, more oily fish, lots of colourful fruits and vegetables, like keeping ultra processed foods quite low, you know, a lot of like whole foods.
27:26
That is very anti-inflammatory and that's the reason why it's so beneficial for overall health and obviously for fertility.
27:35
So first and foremost, you can kind of follow that diet, look at the pyramid, look at some of those foods and go back to that first episode that we recorded.
27:45
And then on top of that, you know, we can then dig into some other anti-inflammatory foods.
27:50
So we've touched on ginger already.
31:02
And you've mentioned obviously vitamin E, you've mentioned omegas, but are there any other supplements that you think people should be prioritising at this time? Or do you think it's more about looking at that longer term period for supplements?
