So just take us back to the time of your diagnosis and what was happening in your life at that time and how did that all feel? What was that all about?

Yeah, so it was a very dramatic time for me.

I'd gotten sick in May of 2020, and there was a lot of, obviously, things going on in the world at that time.

And at first I thought it was food poisoning, but then it continued.

And I was going to the ladies' room up to 22 times a day.

And finally, in August, I had some issues with my legs.

So how did the autoimmune protocol, because you said that was quite intense, how Could you tell me a bit more? How did that support your healing? What are we looking at that makes it intense?

I think women honestly populate that more than men.

I don't want to say that they don't, but I do think it's more, I see it more in women clients than I do in my men clients.

And We do have poor body image for a lot of us.

And one of the things I tell my clients is you can't heal a body that you hate.
