And from what I can tell by stories that I've heard from patients, a lot of those doctors or online platforms are not remotely giving the kind of advice that even if I don't wouldn't have recommended somebody go down that pathway, would at least make these medications more safe.

They feel that the absence of appetite is licensed to starve and their own drive for weight loss may be so powerful that they're like, all right, well, I've got to starve myself while the getting's good and it doesn't feel too bad to my body.
