When I'm doing something that you're telling yourself I don't like you.
5:52
I don't know.
5:53
I also have this about like a fair amount of people though.
5:55
So I don't think it's like a very personal thing.
5:57
I don't know.
5:58
I think you mostly say it about Allie.
6:01
Oh my
6:10
curious.
19:47
Right.
19:48
Right.
19:49
Doesn't it make you feel a little better that he's like not tactful about it? That he's just like fumbling and you're like, oh, okay, so he couldn't actually lie.
19:56
He's like, I don't know.
19:57
Are you
19:58
talking about me
19:59
right now? Could you like, what day do you actually leave again? So that I can like, I know exactly what you're talking about.
20:07
Maybe I don't.
20:55
[laughs]
20:55
Well, it's interesting because it feels like, uh, you- you're more tomboyish than Jen-
21:18
Thanks.
21:19
That, yeah, you'd, but you'd wear that, like, aspirationally.
21:22
You'd be like, "Oh, like, I'm-
24:35
That's funny
24:35
...
24:35
this guy on one side stood up, and I guess he had a knife or something, and he popped one of the balloons, maybe two.
24:44
Uh, I can't remember.
24:46
And no one really knew what was going on.
24:50
It was just a really bizarre thing to do.
24:53
And all of a sudden, from the back of the theater, this champion of justice started to chant, "Asshole.
25:36
Oh.
36:36
I get it.
36:37
I just don't ...
36:38
Yeah.
36:38
You know.
36:39
Anyway, I s- I remember my brother one time s- like I said something being like, um, yeah, I just like d- dated, you know, these people that like, they're just like keep- Um, there's like from other countries, I don't know.
36:55
And he was like, "Oh, it's probably just 'cause you have like a problem with emotional intimacy, and you like to like, um, you know, people who leave."
37:42
'Cause she was living in Newton at the time.
37:43
Yeah, yeah.
2:46
You have my attention.
2:47
Yes.
2:47
So 225 buy sides per year.
2:49
I did it for four years in a row.
2:51
I was the number one buyer's agent in Keller Williams at that time.
2:55
And then bought into the company that I'm part of.
2:58
So Holt Homes Group, which is based in Springfield.
5:17
Can you tell us what were some of the core foundational items that you had to build either in yourself or in your business personally to get to that 225 things? What were the three most important foundation pieces?

37:04
Yeah, of course
37:04
... getting more interested.
37:06
Some of the ones that maybe had parents in triathlon or have maybe done a bit of swimming outdoors themselves are then like, "Oh, I might actually give this a go." And it's really helpful that, uh, most of the events have a novice event.
37:19
So it's something a bit shorter.
37:20
Um, it's generally less people at the start, so it can be a, a nice introduction to an open water eventUm, and following that, swimmers can then see what the other events are on the day, watch, watch what's happened, see how a start works, see how the finish works, and have a better idea and then kind of have that opportunity to step in to a, a championship event.

37:43
Do you feel like the sort of doing more open water swimming and things like that and, and, and having more swimmers at these competitions, do you think it's been really beneficial for the club as a whole to sort of see that and to have almost that different outlet that, that swimmers c- that swimmers can try and the, a different thing that they can give, give a go?
38:01
Absolutely.
38:02
I mean, for the swimmers themselves, I think, um, it goes a long way for retention in the sport.
30:07
[laughs]
30:07
And, but we're like, all right.
30:09
I mean, he seems to just have like an interest in lesbians.
31:49
Yeah.
31:49
Yeah.
31:51
But I think that a lot of men are, like, they have on the back burner at all times, whether they're aware of it or not.
