Mm-hmm.

And then we do something together.

I mean, this is such a creative enhancement.

I was with, this last week, one of the biggest brands in the world.

I'm in the, I'm in the boardroom with the C-suite.

They gave us the biggest problem that they are facing.

I mean, you're talking billions of dollars at stake.

How do we know if that's happening to us?

Okay.

I do not need the executive team to become AI experts.

You can leave that for your technology division.

This is about leadership.

This is about knowing just enough, 'cause you as an AI-driven leader are personally using the technology every day to elevate your own performance in the company, because then you are qualified to cast a vision for the future.

You are qualified to define the strategy on how you're gonna win, and you are qualified to start to demand that the workforce use this, because leaders go first.

You can lead from example, not theory.

You've written something shorter, better, easier, more understandable.

And, and, and to clarify, Keith didn't, Keith didn't use AI there, but Keith is, um, somebody I have tremendous respect for.

He is a coach to me personally.

Um, I'm actually gonna, I'm actually gonna be with him in 48 hours.

Uh, a lot of people have been exposed to him through Tony Robbins at Business Mastery.

Um, Keith is arguably one of the greatest business minds on the planet today.

And I remember interviewing him And the, the-- it was about the habit that cost $100 million to learn and why it was worth it.

I wonder if you could just talk to this a little bit in terms of how can we grow our impact through this specifically?

Okay.

I, I was really clear, like there was, there's so much fear around, "Is this gonna replace me?" I think the questions we ask ourselves are tremendously powerful.

And if you ask a question like, "How can AI replace me?" I'm pretty confident you can find an answer to that question.

But what if you asked a better one? What if you asked, "How might AI make me irreplaceable?" I also bet you can find an answer to that question.

I choose to a- ask the second one.

And by the way, I did this.
