And so, but in education, we just raise those kids.

We're, we're teaching those kids.

So it's been fun to be able to go into the business world, and they're like, "Why are they like this?" And I was like, "Well, I can tell you why they're like this, 'cause we've been dealing with them since they were kindergartners, and we can tell you exactly how they're like this." So I've been doing a lot of work around just, like, generational understanding, right? So that, that's, that's the first frame.

Human Still Required came out with all the work I've done with school boards, school directors, superintendent, director organizations for the last three years around AI, and I really focus that book on just specifically AI in schools, right? The next book, the, the, um, The Next Turn, is taking that to the next level and looking at these two, these two transitions that are happening at the same time.

And in the book, I define them like this: we are redefining, we are redefining what it means to work.

The definition of work itself is being redefined at the same time as the structure of work.
