So talk me through the process of, you know, implementing level 10 meetings and why it gets rid of one-on-ones.

Well, so there's, okay, there's two questions there, right? So the process of implementing it is having everybody understand that we are now gonna have this meeting with the team.

There's gonna be a very clear agenda we're gonna go through every time.

The agenda will not change.

We are gonna look at the same data every single week, and we're not gonna talk about it at the mo- We're just g- we're gonna report the data and then figure out what issues we need to talk about, right? So, you know, one of the things that I talk to clients about is most people are trained in most businesses to not bring up issues.

They're just, they're trained out of it because you bring up an issue, and then either their manager will say, you know, "Go fix it," and, "I don't wanna hear about it." Or the manager will then have you fix it and then take credit for it.

Or, you know, there's so many things that happen where people are not encouraged to, to raise issues.
