Yeah.

Uh, so, so Kanti Rai, um, uh, was a young, uh, clinician at the time, shows up at, um, a clinic one day, sees three patients with totally different, uh, clinical outcomes.

You know, one is like transfusion dependent, one is just on watch and wait, and one is, uh, clearly progressing.

And, um, uh, you know, he asks his mentor like, "How can this be the same disease?" And his, his, uh, uh, um, mentor sort of pats him on the back and says, "That's for you to figure out." [laughs] And so, uh, Kanti actually goes into the medical library at, at his institution and, uh, asks to review all the charts.

The medical librarian's like, "No way.

You are not getting these charts." So he actually hand transcribes I think it was like 50 or 60 charts.

I th- I thought it was a very powerful story.
