Can you kind of walk me through what sort of changed inside your fraud team at Q2? Yeah,
7:52
and I think this also goes along with the first question of, you know, really the inflection point.
7:57
The story isn't that we built a new fraud product over the last, you know, couple of months, the product is an output.
8:05
The real change is upstream in the system, you know, and we rebuilt that system to produce that product at that exact moment.
8:13
And that meant sort of three things.
8:15
And I'll, I'll try to keep it sort of concrete here.
8:17
But first, we changed how we get signal from customers, we moved from, you know, ship, then wait for feedback to really running our detectors and with an AI model in real customer environments as we built the product.
9:51
What does it require from banks and credit unions, but also from Q2 and for other vendors out there in this space?
46:35
Uh, second among the finalists is Vinnie Matteo from Montreal.
46:40
Yeah, so Vinnie is another amazing human being, and what his organization...
46:44
He's the founder of Avalanche Kids, uh, which is a special hockey organization that, you know, is really about creating an opportunity for kids, uh, between the ages of 4 and 13 that find their space in, in, in, with, with autism, uh, neuro div- divergent, uh, abilities, with cognitive and special needs.
47:07
But as we know, many of these kids and families, um, don't have opportunities in many sports.
47:12
And what Vinnie has been able to do is give them a sp- a, a, a special place, uh, no pun intended, in the hockey space.
47:20
And, you know, f- the smiles and the joy and the involvement and the, the welcomeness that these, that these families and th- these kids are experiencing through hockey is truly, truly, um, special.
47:33
And, you know, with Avalanche Kids being hyper-focused on, you know, the special community, you know, as, a- as we said, this is, uh, another amazing spotlight for how powerful the sport of hockey can be for so many families and individuals.
47:52
Uh, Sunny Sakon from Edmonton.
