How have you navigated that?

Oh, I've, I've stumbled along the way, I'll be honest.

I've made some of my own mistakes for sure.

I'd say I'm glad you picked where you were, 'cause I made my mistakes, I think, before Join And thankfully, when I got to Join, for me, a lot of it came together because at that point I had realized like, hey, when-- a-and we covered this in the beginning, like when you come to me, and, and we'll use Join in particular, right? A collaborative project delivery platform, right? So when we get to the table, the first question is, how much of your work is design builds, you know, is, you know, CMGC or, you know, IPD? None.

It was good to talk to you though, you know? Like...

A-and I learned this early, like we used to-- I used to do demos for another company, and I'd be like an hour and a half into the demo showing them everything.

So I, I think maybe the message is finally getting through.
