Our first rezoning petition this evening is a petition that's been submitted by Goose Creek LLC on behalf of the owner, Mr. Charlie Frazier, to rezone 1.6 acres from MFR, multifamily residential, to AR1, agricultural residential, for two duplexes.

You might recall about two or three years ago, Mr. Frazier came in and got this property rezoned for MFR.
