So I'm, I'm in the m- I'm in the mortgage industry.

I'm working for Capital One.

They, they bought a small firm in Kansas City and started their home loan division.

So Ha- Capital One, iconic company.

So I guess, yeah, like if you were to look at when it happened the, the last few times, you know, how, how, how were you able to respond to it in a way that you feel was healthier than maybe the first time it happened?

When you think of the different sizes of companies, which size company do you feel like was the best fit for you?

Yeah, it's interesting.

So I like to say I work for every T-shirt size company from over a million employees.

AT&T was the largest company in the world when I started there to a 16 person company called Strategic One that, you know, not many people have heard of and everything in between.

I think, I advise recent college graduates in terms of getting that first job and starting their career journey.

And what I tell them is, there's no right or wrong company to start with.

What's been maybe the most significant bump in the road that you have had and how have you changed as a result of that?
