Yeah.

You know, "Gonna free my money back up." And we're always there to scoop 'em up and then fix 'em up and make 'em great, and either keep 'em and keep 'em, take, you know, myself or my family, um, we do, we have a big veterans organization, so we do a lot of hunting through, take a lot of people hunting th- through that, um, and make these properties phenomenal and just thought, "I think we could turn this into something that made life easy for a novice all the way up to extremely experienced property manager." So Habitat IQ was born.

Um, Jeff Sturgis was the first person that we sat...

I don't know if you know Jeff or not, but a super smart guy when it comes to, to building whitetail habitat, and we just started picking his brain.

And since then have just expanded the set to other people who are way smarter than me when it comes to doing that stuff, and we've started to take all of that.

This is where a- that big tech team excels, because they can listen and they can write those requirements based off of, you know, Jeff saying what's most important or Lee saying what's most important, or, you know, these guys, and then they can build it into something to where you as the end user can now just take your property, outline it, put in what you would see as what we'll call your baseline.

So you put in your roads, you put in your house, you put in your pond, you put in your food plots, and it's gonna tell you, based on this, it's gonna score your property for you.
