But have you seen how these successful partnerships have worked across the country, uh, in particular either a community or, uh, an example of how it all came together?

together?Well, I think you and your, and your partners at Home Aid are leaders in, in doing this and doing it right.

Uh, not only do we see bright spots around the country, we're actively documenting those bright spots.

One of the parts of the Homeless to Housed initiative is a series of case studies that are really around exactly what you're talking about, effective partnerships from developers with, uh, Healthcare for the Homeless project to do medical respite, uh, a supportive housing program, uh, for people with long-term homelessness and mental health issues, where you've got the developer doing what the developer does and the community behavioral health providers doing what they do.

So we've written up more than 20 case studies from around the country, and these are available at the ULI website, uh, ULI.org. And what they're trying to do is show a roadmap, not only to say, "This is possible," but to say, "Here's how to do it." And those case studies have really detailed financial information.

They include the pro formas for how the, the project was financed.

They talk about the partnerships that have made it successful.

There's multiple layers to it that are-- that's an economic and a business case as well.
