And so Jeff, you working with cities all over the world, and the model that Phil describes, a lot of creative financing, are you seeing a big uptick in this sort of model to deal with the kind of revenue shortfall that Michael talked about? Or what's the maturity level of cities, and what needs to change, possibly, to address that sort of massive infrastructure deficit, whereas Michael said maybe the public sector is only able to do 50% of that? That's a lot more private capital than we've probably ever seen going into infrastructure.
13:58
You know, for me it's less about the maturity level and the inertia to, around sort of just keeping doing things the way you've done 'em for, for years and years and years.
14:10
And you know, I, I think, you know, we have to be honest with the, the fact that a lot of the challenges that we have on, to drive real change we have to change the time horizon, right? We have to think in terms of decades, not in terms of years, but our elected officials are oftentimes, you know, short-terms a few years, and they're so focused on making sure that they deliver results fast.
14:35
And so I think for those reasons we have to be very intentional about who we work with that is focused on a longer term time horizon, right? Perhaps don't expect your elected officials to be the ones coming to the table with those ideas, but on the public sector side, pension funds, right, are thinking about long-term gains, are great ones to get investing in infrastructure.
15:02
The insurance industry, you know, is, is both thinking about short-term and long-term because they play dual roles, right? They're worried about their, their sort of short-term liabilities on property and casualty insurance, but they're also investing in the long term, right? And so I think thinking about which stakeholders we engage is very important, and there's a lot of differences in terms of particular markets.
15:28
So it's never going to be a, a one-size-fits-all approach.
15:32
And you know, understanding the local context and, you know, how do we engage the right stakeholders in those kind of transformations is really key.

Could you tell us more about the YES on initiatives, and you have a presence here, and what you've learned about building local co- coalitions that move the needle on economic development and infrastructure?

Right.
14:21

47:31
And what about the rest of 2026? Are there some milestones you'll be working towards?
47:36
2026 is a year of execution.
47:38
You know, the commitments that were made here in Davos, their commitments of global companies, oftentimes consumer facing companies with large workforces, looking at how they can rebuild trust.
47:51
We're really, really pivotal moment where and only one in five people globally are feeling that the next generation is gonna be better off.
48:00
There are about 70% of individuals that surveyed say that they trust the views of individuals who think differently.
48:10
And so it's really on the front lines that companies are gonna rebuild that trust.
48:16
And we're seeing a real move here where companies are driving their purpose-driven activities into local communities.
49:09
What is Yes Cities? Just remind us what that is.
