So when you reached NHL with the Bruins and then eventually the Panthers organization, Was it as simple as just, like you said, turning it up another notch now that you're at the NHL level? Or was there something else that clicked that you had to do to get better and progress at that level?
15:22
It's tough.
15:23
I had freak fluke accidents.
15:27
After I finished my junior year, I signed in the NHL at the Bruins.
15:31
They flew me out to Providence to finish a season with their American League team.
15:34
But then the next year starts your actual NHL contract and stuff, two-way contract, entry level.
15:40
And I went out there, learned a ton, loved it, felt great with the league and stuff.

So what inspired you to start that? Was it the notebook conversation with your mom and going in with the coach and just knowing your work ethic that got you to a certain level? Is that what inspired you to do it, or was it something else?

correlates to life a lot more than people want to admit like oh it's the connection there
30:18
dude i've trained you know just me personally like not my coaches in my company me personally i've worked with thousands of kids in st louis uh over the last 19 years from pros all the way down to I don't know, maybe the youngest kids I trained years ago might have been like six-year-olds probably, you know, like 15 years ago.
30:37
And it's wild, man.
30:39
I know who's going to almost at 100% rate, like when they're in my gym.
30:44
And I'm not talking like a six-year-old, but like guys who are with me, you know, over the course of a few years.
30:49
I know who's going to be successful in life after hockey.
30:52
I know who's going to be successful.

But what is a piece of advice that you would give to young athletes pursuing hockey or pursuing sports or any sort of adventure in their life? Yeah.
30:05
Yeah.
30:06
Yeah.
30:07
So I was, I was like one, I was one of the worst players on the team.
30:09
I barely played.
30:10
And like this mindset, like kind of changed my life.
30:13
Luckily I had amazing parents, amazing parents.
30:15
They did not call the coach and say, why isn't my son playing? Why isn't he on the power play? Why is he, you know, all this stuff? Why are you telling him he's skating around? Like he's got eggs in his pants.

So how do you incorporate that stuff on a daily basis? And why do you think that it's so important?
