So essentially in Alberta in particular, and this can be anywhere, but say you're setting up a mining camp in the middle of nowhere.

You're going to send out a bulldozer, clear out the area, cut down the trees and basically set up a flat area.

where people can then put in these portable skids.

So they get transported out with flatbed trucks, and then they get positioned there at the site.

What's genuinely exciting you right now about future thinking ideas?

So how did that turn into this?

sure and um let me back up for one second because i think something's important for your group to understand is there are 42 million young adults between the ages of 12 and 19 in the united states the majority of them are in 22 500 high schools across the country we've got 11 million students in community colleges and they have zero places to go to explore the roofing industry, figure out what it takes to get there, connect to training, and connect to jobs.

So the reason we're so excited about working with Owens Corning is they stepped up and said, we need to provide standards.

We need to provide the highest quality training for these individuals so they can, and we say, inspire, prepare and employ.

So the beauty and what's taken three years is how do you connect the dots across an integrated solution? So this coming fall, we're launching this national program that has the training fundamentals, has great engaging video that's going to be provided free for almost 23,000 high schools.

So these kids and their families can get excited about the opportunities in roofing and find the fastest training program possible, either in their existing high school, because it's free for high school CTEs and free for community colleges.

So I can see it, I can get the training, and it's going to dynamically connect them with every single contractor and roofing opportunity within 50 miles of where they sit.
