Well, there's a lot of counties that are not constrained at all.

They have.

I'll go easy and not identify the counties, but there's the county, Red County up in Northwest Florida that has seen their property tax revenue grow 200% over the last 10 years compared to the population increase in inflation of about 100%.

Is that one of those kind of mechanisms that the state has already put into place that you all at TaxWatch see as a good fit for a a tax reform to be on the ballot so that everyone can kind of talk through this, look at the research, look at the actual economic numbers for this to put something on the ballot?
