So Jeff, how did you approach this conversation and what was your takeaway?

Well, you're right, Eileen.

There is the learning in the heart and the soul and the expansion of perspective, but also the application to the work world, the lessons learned in the process.

Thank you, yeah.

So after we meet with, uh, with all of the participants and we may get 30 to 40 that, uh, that join us, um, uh, either for one of our retreats or for what we call the monthly reunions when we get together for three or four hours on a Saturday.

And then we break out into small groups and I tend to gravitate to groups, uh, that are as different from me as possible.

So I tend to avoid the Caucasian and even the Hispanic.

And how do I act and do differently? Because it serves me and in this case, an organization well, when I'm able to break out of that natural inclination.

And then also, Ty Software, how you're bringing that reality each and every single day with the interactions that you have with brokers.

Right.

So yeah, the TMS should be the heartbeat of the operation.

It's the entire nucleus of the equation, right? A good TMS should be that heartbeat that connects with all the different systems that freight brokers use.

Because I think for a long time, there were legacy platforms that at one point, they were the option that people would go with.

And Some folks are still living on those legacy platforms decades later.

And for the most part, it depends on what it is that you do, but they no longer serve the market.

What are those things that you have to overcome, which is the same really... question as to what should people be looking for, asking when they're looking to or thinking about changing and should they or shouldn't they?
