What are some of the, looking back, what are some of the aha moments that really surprised you that you're like, oh, I'm really glad we did this to move forward?
3:13
Well, I think the first thing is we decided to really open up a huge line of communication with the franchisees.
3:21
We did twice a day town halls and everybody could get on it.
3:26
And we would bring experts in in different areas, how to get PPP1, PPP2.
3:32
When EIDL happened, health inspectors from the state, we leveraged everybody that we could to help us come out on top.
3:44
And there was just a lot of fear initially.
3:46
After a month, we knocked it down to once a day meetings.

exactly
5:20
Um, but I also think they probably hold you to stake a little bit more as well, given the value concerns.
5:28
Well, I think, I think at one time, you know, very early on, CiCis operated at an unbelievably high level.
5:36
And like other legacy brands that have been around 40-plus years, there's ebbs and flows.
5:41
Like, you know, we could both name off a ton of brands that, you know, have gone down and then come back up.
5:46
But we really committed ourselves five years ago to restoring the original quality, a high focus on training.
5:54
Every single restaurant in our, uh, company has a QR code on the tableWhere it's called CiCis Listens, and they can communicate directly from the table.
6:05
And when they do that, we actually try to resolve the guest's concern while the guest is still in the dining room.

That was a very long way to say what's coming next for CiCis.
