And so how much does that play into this case at all? Was there an element of evidence that you could provide?

So part of the testimony was that Caleb Quick engaged in sexual relations with a young woman and videoed it.

And there were six videos that were part of the discovery that Clovis Police Department provided to us.

And the girl was under 18.

And Caleb was 18.

And personally, I didn't want to review those videos and I didn't review them.

I had my co-counsel review them.

How much do you think this case actually prepared you to be a judge? You know, even whether the outcome was on your side or not, how much does it prepare you? How much do you feel like this was something I really needed as I prepare for being on a Fresno County Superior Court judge bench?
