So where where did you work prior to Brooklyn Dumpling Shop and what attracted you to the opportunity?

Yeah, absolutely.

I'll go way back because it all ties together.

But I started my career at McKinsey.

And I was doing strategy projects for CPG companies.

So a lot of large food, beverage, household, personal care companies, predominantly a lot of growth strategy work.

And I really loved consumer as a business.

Is that something you're seeing? And what are the demographics of your typical customers?
